We test and certify your compressed breathing air to meet CGA Grade D and other regulatory standards by checking for the following critical contaminants:
  • Carbon Monoxide (CO): Ensuring levels are below 10 ppm (Parts Per Million).

  • Carbon Dioxide (): Ensuring levels are below 1,000 ppm.

  • Oxygen () Content: Verifying content is within the safe range of 19.5% to 23.5%.

  • Moisture / Dew Point: Checking for excessive moisture, typically requiring a dew point of or lower.

  • Oil Mist and Particulates: Analyzing the air for traces of condensed oil, dirt, and other contaminants.

  • Odor: Verifying that the air is free of any pronounced, objectionable, or noxious odors.
